Heard Shir Vijay Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. 3. It is informed by Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha that in compliance of the order dated 16.05.2025 as part of the 'chak marg' has been constructed on bhumidhari land of one Ram Singh who filed Writ - C No. 4569 of 2025, therefore, in compliance of the orders passed therein the said part was removed and the remaining 'chak marg' is as it is. 4. The petitioner alleges that the interlocking tiles on the 'chak marg' have been wrongly taken out. 5. These are not matters to be seen by the
