By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief (s):- "(i) Issue a writ of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 16.01.2026 passed by Responent No.3 (Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Mahmudabad, District- Sitapur). (ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the authorities to construct the Annpurna Bhawan on Gata No. 1128 as per the LMC resolution dated 22.12.2025." 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the proposed construction of 'Annapurna Bhawan' on a piece of land, which according to him is different to a land proposed by the Gaon Sabha by its resolution dated 22.12.2025. 4.
