By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties no. 2 & 3 for removal of encroachments made over land bearing Gata No. 652 & 667, situated in Village Mazhilgaon, Tehsil Kunda, District Pratapgarh, which are recorded as chak road. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Pratapgarh, the learned Standing Counsel has informed that upon inspection it has been found that the opposite party no. 4 has made encroachment on the land.
