Pursuant to the order dated 09.03.2026, Shri Sudhir Kumar, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Milkipur, District Ayodhya is present in person before this Court. 2. An affidavit dated 16.03.2026 has been filed by the Sub Divisional Officer today in Court is taken on record. 3. By means of the said affidavit, the Sub Divisional Officer has tendered unconditional and unqualified apology for not supplying the complete instructions to the Chief Standing Counsel office in time despite the order of this Court. It is stated in the said affidavit that the officer concerned had no intention to mislead the Court nor can ever dream of doing so even in any of his remote thoughts. 4.
