By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties no.2 to 5 to remove illegal encroachment made over Gata No.238 measuring 0.0240 hectare and Gata No.239 measuring 0.0350 hectare situated in Village Saray Sagar, Post Bahalolpur, Tehsil Sadar, District Pratapgarh. 3.
