The petition seeks to challenge the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by the Jawahar Lal University imposing minor punishment of withholding three increments and to attend the workshops on women safety at workplace/public institutions on the recommendation of the Internal Complaint Committee under the provisions of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (hereinafter ‘the Act of 2013’). 2. The Section 18 of the Act of 2013 provides the appeal mechanism. The petitioner seems to have filed an application; however, there is no formal appeal before the Appellate Authority. 3. The Court, therefore, deems it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a disciplinary appeal under Section 18 of the Act
