The present appeal is filed against the judgment dated 30.01.2025 (hereafter ‘impugned judgment’) and the order on sentence dated 07.02.2025 (hereafter ‘impugned order on sentence’) 2. By the impugned judgment, the learned ASJ found the appellant guilty of the offences under Sections 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (‘POCSO Act’). By the impugned order on sentence, the learned ASJ sentenced the appellant to undergo rigorous imprisonment
