This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode. 2. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 12th February, 2026 passed by the learned Trial Court in Civil suit no. 224/2020, whereby the right of the petitioner/defendant no. 3 to lead defence evidence has been closed. 3. Learned Counsel for the respondents/plaintiff appeared on advance notice. 4. The matter is heard with the consent of learned Counsels for the parties. Record Perused. 5. Learned Counsel for the respondents has also placed on record the order sheets of the Trial Court, which are taken on record. 6. Per Contra, learned Counsel for the respondents has argued that sufficient opportunities had already been granted to the petitioner to lead her evidence, despite which she failed to do so.
