The present Petition, filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeks appointment of a Sole Arbitrator in terms of Lease Deed Agreement dated 25.01.20212 to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. 2. The material on record indicates that the Arbitration Clause is set out at Clause 49 in the Agreement and the same is reproduced hereunder: “49.
