FACTUAL MATRIX 2. On 15.10.2014, the Appellant filed the Japan Patent Application No. 2014-204392 (“JP Application”). On 12.08.2015, the Appellant filed the Paris Cooperation Treaty Patent Application No. PCT/JP2015/004037 (“PCT Application”), which claimed priority from the JP Application. 3. On 28.03.2017, the Appellant filed the Subject Application before Patent Office, New Delhi as a National Phase Application of the PCT Application.
