The present petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking directions to the Respondents to consider granting of Certificate of Vending in terms of his representations dated 13th May, 2025 and 8th December, 2025. 3. In support of the fact that the Petitioner has been vending at the above site, the Petitioner has relied upon various challans issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi as also the Delhi Cantonment Board prior to 2023.
