Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No.141/2017 dated 20.05.2017, registered at Police Station Dwarka North, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/34 of IPC, along with all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Respondent No.2 got married to Sh. Mahipal Singh (since deceased) on 15.02.2002. They were blessed with two children from such wedlock. 3. However, on account of some temperamental differences between the parties, they started residing separately on the basis of complaint lodged by respondent No. 2, abovesaid FIR was registered. 4. The case is, reportedly, at the stage of prosecution evidence. 5.
