The present Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes inter se the parties, arising out of a License Agreement dated 06.04.2010 read with the Supplementary Agreement dated 28.10.2010. 2. The material on record indicates that the Arbitration clause is envisaged in the License Agreement as Clause 21. The said clause is set out herein below: “21. The Arbitration shall be held at Delhi.” 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner further draws the attention of this Court to the Notice under Section 21 of the Act, invoking Arbitration, which is dated 15.10.2024 and forms the part of the material on record. 4. Mr. Gurdeep Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, on instructions, submits that he has no objection to the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudi
