It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had filed a suit for permanent injunction against the private respondents before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Lakhimpur Kheri which was registered as Case No 1105 of 2024. Alongwith suit proceedings the petitioner also moved an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC.
