It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that the dispute in the present case was initiated by respondent No. 1 by filing an application U/S 21(1)(A) of U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 alleging that he is the owner of the property situated at Gata No. 103 which was given on rent to the defendant therein, namely, Ram Kkilawan on a rent of Rs. 100/ per month. 4.
