The case of the defendant-petitioner is that proceedings under the Consolidation Act came to be instituted and the objections under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act, 1953 was decided by the Consolidation Officer on 02.02.2024 for recording the name of the plaintiff-respondent against which an appeal came to be preferred by the defendant-petitioner faction under Section 11(1) of U.P. CH Act in which an interim order was granted on 03.02.2024 which was vacated by the appellate court on 02.08.2024 against which, an appeal came to be preferred by the defendant-petitioner faction.
