The case of the petitioner is that a suit bearing number "320/1981" came to be instituted by the petitioner herein, which came to be decreed. An execution application also came to be preferred, in which orders came to be passed and ultimately, the matter traveled to this Court in an Matter under Article 227 No.575 of 2018, Ram Dulare and others vs. Chandra Prakash, in which on 07.02.2018, following orders had been passed:- "By impugned order dated 8.8.2017, the Executing Court in Execution Case No. 1/1997, has allowed application 78Ga2 filed by the decree holder.
