No. 31 of 2025, a S.C.C. Revision No. 04 of 2016 came to be preferred before the Court of learned Additional District and Session Court / Special Judge POCSO Court No. 3, Meerut. The petitioner herein preferred a transfer application bearing No. 567 of 2025 (Sanjay & Others Vs. Rajendra Kumar) seeking transfer of the said proceedings and the said application came to be rejected by the Court of District Judge, Meerut by virtue of the order dated 19.12.2025. 3.
