This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition directing the Court of Learned Civil Judge (S.D.) F.T.C., Allahabad to decide the Original Suit No. 882 of 2022 (Seema Yadav v. Ishita Yadav and another) filed by respondent no. 1 on 19.12.2022 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court on the basis of day to day hearing, otherwise petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 4.
