It has been submitted that Shiv Balak (the plaintiff) had filed a suit for permanent injunction before the Civil Judge (J.D.), Dalmau, Raebareli against 4 people, namely, Smt. Chhanga, Smt. Piyara, Raja Ram and Babu Lal.
