It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner had filed a civil suit before the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Sultanpur for permanent injunction with a prayer to restrain the defendants therein from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner’s land. 3. It is stated that the said suit was filed on 14.07.1995. The said suit was pending consideration before the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), South, Court No. 24, Sultanpur and subsequently was transferred to court No. 30. When the case was listed on 11.12.2007, no appearance was put on behalf of the petitioner and consequently the suit was dismissed for want of prosecution. 4.
