This is an appeal under Section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) challenging the order dated 22.05.2026 passed by the learned Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks cancelling Registration No. 5245655 for the mark “CHICAGO” device, in Class 41, in the name of the appellant. 2.
