The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 30th January, 2024 passed by the learned Trial Court in case bearing No. DJ CS 151/2018, with the following prayers: “a. Allow the present Petition of Petitioner/Defendant No. 1 against the impugned order dated 30.01.2024 passed by the Ld. Abhitosh Pratap Singh Rathore, Additional District Judge, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in suit bearing No. DJ CS 151/2018 may kindly be look into in the interest of justice.” 3. Heard.
