The instant writ petition seeking a writ of habeas corpus has been filed by baby Siya Singh aged about three years through her mother- Komal Singh stating that the child is in illegal detention of her father- the opposite party No.4. 3. As per the pleadings made in the writ petition, the parents of the child got married on 26.02.2020. Out of their wedlock, Baby Siya Singh was born on 24.09.2021. On 24.10.2021, the mother of the child was thrown out of her matrimonial home and since then, she has not been permitted to meet her daughter. 4.
