Heard Shri Rahul Gaur, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the material on record. The above noted Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying for following prayer: i. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce and release the Corpus/petitioner no.1 from their illegal custody, which declaring the arrest, detention and remand of the petitioner no.1 as illegal,null and void for not following the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Mihir Rajesh Vs. State of Maharashtra and others. ii. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned remand order dated 14.11.2024 passed by C.J.M.,Baghpat, in case crime no. 771 of 2024, under sections 103(1) and 238 HABC No. 290 of 2026 2 B.N.S., P.S. Baraut District
