The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondent to produce the detenue / petitioner no. 1 namely Maalti wife of Himanshu Yadav, before this Hon'ble Court and also direct the respondent to grant / provide custody of detenue i.e. petitioner no. 1 to the petitioner no. 2 from the illegal and forceful detention of respondent no.4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1, Maalti (corpus), is the legally wedded wife of petitioner no. 2 and is being illegally detained by respondent no. 4, who is the father of the corpus.
