Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 858/2021 dated 30.11.2021, registered at police station Tilak Nagar for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner was solemnized on 27.09.2020, as per Sikh rites and customs. There is no issue from such wedlock. 3.
