This is the first appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 07.11.2025 passed in Case No.455 of 2022 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act , 1955. 3. During pendency of the appeal, the parties have arrived at a compromise. The original compromise is on record. It is dated 10.02.2026. In pursuance to our order dated 10.02.2026, the compromise has been verified by Senior Registrar of this Court at Lucknow on 10.03.2026. The compromise reads as under:- "COMPROMISE DEED This settlement is arrived at today i.e. 10.02.2026 between Ankit Mishra, S/o-Sri Avinash Chandra Mishra, R/o-Village-Raniwan Karmajeet, Post-Raniwan, Pargana- Mijhauda, Tehsil-Bhiti, District-Ambedkar Nagar (hereinafter referred to as the First Party) and Poonam Tiwari, D/o-Sri Jagdish Tiwari, R/o-Village-Ahiri Firozpur, Post- Paudhan Rampur, Tehsil-Kadipur
