Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant presses the application for withdrawal of first appeal filed by the appellant. The application is supported by affidavit of the appellant. It is informed that parties have entered into a compromise and consequent thereto proceedings under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 have been initiated for divorce by mutual consent.
