The instant appeal has been preferred against the judgment and award dated 11.07.2022 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hardoi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in M.A.C.P. No.313 of 2016. 3. Brief facts of the case are that on 17.04.2016 at about 01:20pm., one Mukesh Kumar Verma was driving his car WagonR bearing registration no.UP78AU6353 and was going from Madhavganj to Mallawan. At that point of time, a roadways bus bearing registration no.UP77N2523, which was coming from opposite side, driven rashly and negligently, dashed into the car, as a result of which Mukesh Kumar Verma sustained serious injuries and died
