By means of the instant appeal, the appellant has assailed the judgment and order dated 01.02.2018 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Case No. O.A./II/U/243/2010 and O.A./II/U/MCC/2009/803, Smt.
