The instant FAFO has been preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 for enhancement of compensation against the judgment and award dated 23.02.2021 passed by Sri Bhudev Gautam, HJS, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Faizabad in Claim Petition No. 70 of 2017, under Section 166 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988; Mata Prasad Verma Vs. Regional Manager of UPSRTC and another. 4. The facts of the case are that on 12.12.2016 at about 05.00 p.m. when Ms. Nisha Verma aged about 20 years was getting down from the UPSRTC Bus bearing No. UP 42 AT-9533, the Bus driver in a very rash and negligent manner suddenly moved the bus with the result Ms. Nisha Verma fel
