A cheque of Rs.20,000/- produced by respondent No.2 in favour of claimants-appellants is taken on record. 2. Heard Shri Manoj Sahu, learned counsel for the appellants and Shri Aditya Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record. 3. The instant appeal has been preferred under Section 30 of the Workmen Compensation Act against the judgment and order dated 03.11.2015 passed by the Workmen Compensation Commissioner/Assistant Commissioner, Faizabad region Faizabad in W.C. Case No.04/2013, whereby the court of Workmen Compensation Commissioner had awarded a compensation of Rs.1,20,000/- and additional Rs.10,000/- for penalty in favour of the claimants-appellants. 4. The factual matrix of the matter is that one Mr. Pawan Kumar was working as a Salesman in the petrol pump owned by respondent No.2 and on 09.04.2012 at aroun
