The brief facts of the case are as follows: The wife is the daughter-in-law of the appellant. She was charged with the murder of her husband who was the son of the appellant. She was tried by a Court of competent jurisdiction and acquitted. The appeal against that acquittal, is pending before this Court as so stated by the learned counsel for the appellant.
