Heard Sri Bhavisya Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Alok Ranjan Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. This is an application for condonation of delay of 694 days. The impugned order dated 05.03.2024 which was passed in an application moved by the appellant herein before the learned trial court under Section 340 Cr.P.C. which was rejected by the learned trial court and thereafter the statutory appeal preferred under Section 341 Cr.P.C. which was pending before the learned Single Judge of this Court from the year 2024 till 2026 whereafter, the learned Single Judge after appreciating Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 arrived at the opinion that the said case must be heard by this Court.
