The present writ petition is filed against the order dated 23.09.2020 (hereafter ‘impugned order’) passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi in O.A. Succinctly put, an Advertisement No. 12/2015 was issued by Respondent No. 2/UPSC in the year 2015 regarding vacancy of 5 posts of Regional Directors in the National Centre of Organic Farming, Ghaziabad, Ministry of Agriculture out of which one post was reserved for Physically Challenged Persons with Disability. The requisite educational and experience qualifications were stipulated in the advertisement itself.
