Petitioner seeks setting aside of order dated 16.02.2026 passed by the Competent Authority and grant of parole for 60 days in case FIR No. 185/2012 of PS Mangolpuri for offence under Section 302/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act. 2. In furtherance of last order, status report dated Nil was filed on 11.03.2026 by the State. 3. That being so, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of 30 days subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent.
