Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 318/2016 dated 05.09.2016, registered at police station Rani Bagh for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner No.1 was solemnized on 29.01.2012, as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. Parties were blessed with a baby girl on 12.08.2013. 3. However, due to certain temperamental differences, the parties could not live together and started living separately. 4. On account of such matrimonial discord, a complaint was lodged by respondent No.2, which resulted into registration of the abovesaid FIR. 5. Charge-sheet has already been filed.
