Shri Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he has filed the instant criminal revision with the relief which has been mentioned in the prayer clause of the revision. 2. The relief which has been mentioned in the revision is delineated below:- "It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision and set- aside the impugned Judgment order dt. 15.11.2025 passed by Ld. Principal Judge/ Family Court, Auraiya in Criminal Case No. 455/2021 U/S 125 Cr.P.C.; Smt. Akanksha & Another Vs. Ankit @Mayank Agnihotri, dismissing the application 39 Kha of the revisionist filed U/S 127(1) and issuing Recovery as well as Non Bailable Warrants against the revisionist. It is further prayed that operation and effects of impugned order dt. 15.11.2025 passed by Ld. Principal Judge/ Family Court
