The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 02.01.2026 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge/POCSO Act, Court No. 1, Gorakhpur in Criminal Appeal No. 212 of 2025; titled Juvenile vs. State of U.P., arising out of Case Crime No. 463 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3) B.N.S., Police Station Gagaha, District Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits: (i) admittedly, the applicant was a juvenile aged about 17 years, 3 months and 12 days on the date of alleged incident; He is in jail since 18.08.2025; (ii) the applicant has been falsely implicated; (iii) there is no specific or strong ob
