The present criminal revision has been filed to quash/set aside the order dated 13.01.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Juvenile Court, Hapur in Criminal Appeal No. 117 of 2025, under Section 101 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, as well as order dated 08.12.2025 passed by learned Juvenile Justice Board, Hapur in Bail Application No. 90 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, under Sectiona 109, 3(5) BNS, Police Station Babugarh, District Hapur.
