The instant criminal revision under section 397/401 Code of Criminal Procedure read with Section 438/442 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against order dated 10-02-2026 passed by the learned Special Judge E.C.Act/ Additional Session Judge, Barabanki passed in Session Trial no-354 of 2016 ( State vs Pradeep @ Pappu & others) by which the application moved by the revisionist under section 311 Cr.P.C. for summoning the witness was rejected. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist/ informant is an injured in the case. He had gone CT Scan and X-ray done by Dr. Shivangi Garg on 15.10.2022. Dr. Suryang Chaurasia ( P.W.- 10) in his statement dated 16.10.2022 before the court has stat
