This criminal revision has been moved with prayer to allow this revision and quash the impugned order dated 22.12.2025 passed by learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), District Rampur in Case No. UPRP 01-0082032025 in Case Crime No.185 of 2025, under Section 333/65(1) I.P.C. & Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Azim Nagar, District Rampur and pay be pleased to pass further order and direct the court concerned to reject the final report submitted in the above mentioned case.
