The present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist with prayer to allow the revision and set aside the impugned order dated 19.01.2026 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra in Misc. Case No. 1845 of 2025 (Lakhan Singh Vs. Unknown) arising out of Case Crime No. 110 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Kirawali, District Agra by which final report was accepted while rejecting the protest application.
