The present criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 7.2.2026, passed by learned Special Judge (DAA), Jhansi in Criminal Misc. Case No. 20 of 2026 ( Naveen Singh Vs. Sandhya @ Nidhi and others), by which the application filed under Section 173(4) of BNSS of the revisionist has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted the revisionist has filed a complaint under Section 173(4) of BNSS, where his application has been rejected vide impugned order dated 7.2.2026. He stated in his complaint under Section 173(4) that the revisionist/Naveen Singh when he was at home on 15.11.2025, in the night around 11.35 pm, the opposite party no.2/Sandhya alias Nidhi came along her three unknown accomplish. She knocked the door of the complainant and called him outside. She hurled filthy abuses to him an
