The present criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 17.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Court No. 1, Basti, whereby the application filed by the revisionist under Section 311 Cr.P.C. in Case Crime No. 0188 of 2015, under Sections 147, 323, 504, and 506 I.P.C., has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that the F.I.R. was lodged on 05.04.2015, under Sections 147, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. On 04.04.2015, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned and the revenue team, along with the police force, had demarcated a pond bearing Gata No. 197 situated in the same village.
