Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perusal the record. The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 20.01.2026 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO) Court No.1 Deoria in Appeal No.101/2025 and the order dated 12.12.2025 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Deoria in Case Crime No.225/2024 under Section 137(2), 87, 64(1) B.N.S. and Section- 5(J) (2)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Bankata, District Deoria. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits: (i) admittedly, the applicant was a juvenile aged about 15 years on the date of alleged incident; He is in jail since 01.09.2025; (ii) the applicant has been falsely implicated; (iii) there is no specific or strong objection raised in the DPO report, other than the general and vague observations; (iv) there is no crimin
