The revisionist, in person, submits that this Criminal Revision has been filed with the relief which has been mentioned in the prayer clause. The prayer clause is being delineated below:- "1. Allow this Criminal Revision Petition and set aside the ex parte order dated 03.05.2024 passed by the Family Court, Muzaffarnagar in Case No. 484/2018 (u/s 125 Cr.P.C.). 2. Quash the subsequent recovery proceedings and NBW issued in pursuance of the said order under Section 147 BNSS being Case No. 1275 of 2024." 3.
