Instant criminal revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 has been preferred against the ex-parte judgment and order dated 06.01.2023 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge 4, Family Court, Lucknow in Crl. Misc. Case No.531 of 2013 "Smt. Tara Verma and another versus Vidhyadhar Verma". 3. As per the report of the Stamp Reporting Section, the revision is delayed by 591 days for which the application for condonation of delay has been filed. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the opposite party no.2 procured an ex-parte judgment and order against him, claiming herself as the wife o
