The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 05.09.2025 in Case Crime No.0425 of 2025, under Sections 318, 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 316 (2), 352, 351 (3), 61 (2) of B.N.S. Police Station Malpura District Paschimi (Commissionerate Agra). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 & 3 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. dated 05.09.2025 in Case Crime No.0425 of 2025, under Sections 318, 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 316 (2), 352, 351 (3), 61 (2) of B.N.S. Police Station Malpura District Paschimi (Commissionerate Agra). ." Briefly put the prosecution case set out in the F.I.R. is that the FIR arises out of a fraudulent act whereby the accused persons including the petitioner had duped the victim of
